It may seem like there are quite a few steps to this recipe, but nothing is difficult.
The aroma that comes from your kitchen as it is cooking is amazing, so it’s well worth the little bit of effort. And the taste is even better.
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE KUNDE
*oil 2 T
*Onion minced 1 each
*tomatoes seeded, diced 2 cups
*Black-Eyed Peas cooked 2 cups
*Peanut Butter, natural 1/4 cup
*water 1/4 cup
*salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS TO MAKE KUNDE
1.Heat oil over medium flame in a saucepan. Add Onion and sauté lightly till translucent.
Add tomatoes and simmer about 5 minutes to cook down. 2. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Lightly mash the peas]] with a fork..
Simmer about 10 minutes over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.. Add more water as needed to get a stew-like consistency.

There is more and more processed and ready to eat out of the package food available today, so much that some kids, and more than we want to believe I think, have little contact with real food, made with fresh ingredients.
